This is one of my favorite spas in the Harghita area. Lots of improvements have been made over the last few years which is nice. More space. The steam room was down today so that was a bummer, but the dry sauna worked and was very nice. The staff kept the area clean and put fresh wood in the burner. The ice cold dip pool outside felt wonderful after the sauna! Go in slowly and then just take it in. You might lose your breath!

It is am excellent place for relaxing. You have everything at one place. Wellness, spa, outdoor pool, ski in the winter, restaurant, nature. The rooms are really nice, good size, clean and quiet. The food is good and has good variety. We were satisfied with the breakfast buffet. For dinner during the week we've got to choose from a menu, in the weekend it was buffet as well. Everything was tasty. The spa and the restaurant are crowded during the weekend. I advice to go during the week.

Eni and Ayu two nice lady did an amazing couple massage. It was great value for the price. One constructive feedback: it would be great if there would be a dressing room so you don't have to take off your clothes in the fitness room next to the massage place.

Fantasztikus komplexum. Nem szabad kihagyni! Sós meleg víz, jakuzzival, úszó és gyerek medence, fával tüzelt szauna, borvizes merülő medence...

Chiar dacă mâncarea este decentă, nu pot recomanda acest restaurant nimănui. Personalul este plictisit și superficial. După o săptămână de concediu, în care am mâncat doar la restaurante, doar aici m-am simțit păcălit ca și client. Cred că expresia „bătaie de joc” caracterizează cel mai bine sentimentul pe care l-am avut ca și client al acestui local.

They allow outside guests to the spa, we came right at 10 when it was opening and the saunas were nice and warm. They are renovating a part of it but it wasn't a big deal. The dry sauna is warmed with wood !

Super dar cu mici greșeli sau ce or fi. Am plătit camera cu balcon dar balcon nu era...în rest camera curata Spa OK.Mancarea e buna!
