Denise Valdes is an excellent “Medical Masseuse!” and I emphasize it because she is actually trained and qualified to treat my medical lumbar & sciatic conditions! Not every masseuse can do that! She works with my PT providers about the modalities she is using with me, and gives them updates on my progress . In short: she is the BEST medical masseuse in Central New Jersey.

Today I had my first massage at Zenergy with Denise and it was a fabulous experience! Denise takes the time to learn about your health history and she really customizes the massage to meet your needs and address all areas of concerns that you may have. This was my first ever medical massage and after having all different types of massages, the medical massage was by far the most effective for treating my problem areas. I have two herniated disks in my lower back as well as bulging disks and Denise was able to ease a lot of pain that I had! I loved the massage so much that I bought 3 more from Denise when I was finished! I am definitely recommending her to friends and family and encourage anyone who hasn't had a medical massage to give it a try, you won't be disappointed!

My first appointment was through a gift Groupon certificate. It turned out to be one of the best gift I ever received. Denise gives a massage that is different than any I have had in the past. She is extremely knowledgeable of the musculoskeletal system and wellness in general. She is able to provide a massage that not only feels relaxing at the moment, but provides true benefits. I have back and neck issues and have been through physical therapy numerous times. Denise uses some of the same techniques that I have had done by physical therapists in the past.

Right after my first visit I purchased a 3-pack of future visits. I just purchased another 3-pack. Denise is great!!!
